Just to let you all know, I will be going on vacation from Tuesday until Sunday. So, Scott will be out of commission. Not that he's been doing much, but still. I'll be back Sunday if you need him.

Occupation: Math teacher by day, Superhero by night

Description: Scott is about 6'0 tall, brown hair, and blue eyes though they can't be seen behind his ruby quarts glasses. When he's teaching and hanging around the mansion he can be found in slacks, polos and nice shirts, with his ruby quarts glasses. When he's a superhero, he wears a black leather uniform and a visor that allows him to control the force of his optic blast.
Skills/Abilities/Powers: Scott is excellent at math, especially statistics. He's also very machanical, and can fix just about anything with an engine. His powers are heated optic blasts that shoot from his eyes. He can't turn it off due to a brain injuy from when he was younger. So he wears ruby quarts glasses, and a visor with a ruby quartz lenese that allows him to change how much force his beams shoot.

Personality: Scott is the ulitmate good guy. He's shy at first around new people, but once he gets to know them he opens up more. He takes care of the people he love, and is very protective of them. Be it his adult friends at the mansion, or the students, he doesn't like to see anyone hurt.

Background: Scott had a rough childhood. He was born in Alaska and grew up there with his parents and his brother until a plane accident crash killed his parents. He and his brother survived when Scott's powers manafested, shooting a blast of light from his eyes that stopped their fall. However, when they did hit the ground Scott sustained a major head injury and because of this he is unable to control his powers with the aid of his ruby quarts glasses or visor. When he was a young boy, he was taken in by Professor Xavier and given a good life where he was able to finish school, and learn to use his powers. He exhibited a sense of leadership very early on, and as the Professor gathered more students and formed the X-Men, Scott was made the team leader.

During their final mission, his girlfriend, Jean Grey decided to take it upon herself to save them all from being sucked up by a giant tidal wave, by sacrificing her own life. Scott was devestated and never quite the same again. Needing closure, Scott took a journey to Alkali Lake hoping to finally be at peace. That wasn't be, at least not in the way he thought. Jean appeared before him, but something was different about her. He knew she was struggling to control something, and he was trying to help her...when everything went blank.

Without knowing how much time had past, Scott awoke from a dream like state to find himself trapped. And when he opened his eyes, the bubble burst shooting up and shooting most of Scott's surroundings. He quickly shut his eyes and tried to find his glasses or his visor, but they weren't there. This ment that he was blind, because he wouldn't risk opening his eyes, afraid he would hurt someone or something. With the rest of his senses in tact, Scott attempted to make his way for some sort of civilization to get help. But, as it turned out, held found him. Logan, Storm, and a few of the students arrived to rescue him and take him back to the mansion. He slowly began to get back into a routine, but all the while Jean was never far from his thoughts.

Plans: Umm...I'm not totally sure yet. Probably a bit of that traditional Jean/Logan/Scott love triagnle. Scott will be angsty for a while until Jean's back and even then he'll be a little agnsty cause he knows what she did. And, whatever else Jean's mun and I work out for them. Example Post: Scott had pretty much fallen back into a normal routine at the mansion. He was teaching some of his classes again, and even taking on a few extra training sessesions with some of the students. Storm had taken over the running of the school for now, but she insisted that once Scott was himself again he should be the Headmaster. It was what the Professor wanted.
